SCHNORR® Safety Washers

SCHNORR® type S Safety Washers are the original Safety Washer available for screws from M1.6 to M36. SCHNORR® Safety Washers type VS have a greater thickness and can be used with high-strength bolts of grade class 8,8. This strengthened safety washer has a greater thickness and accordingly, achieves higher pre-tensioning loads. Schnorr safety washers are in the form of a disc spring which is serrated on both sides and of a trapezoidal cross section. The outer diameter of the washer is matched to the head diameter of pan-head and hexagon socket head cap screws.
