Connector Nut
Coupling nuts
Coupling nuts are also known as extension nuts, are for joining two male threads, most commonly Allthread full threaded rods, also partially threaded Rebar. The outside of the nut is usually a hexagon to enable a hexagon wrench to rotate it. Coupling nuts with left-handed threads are used to make up long rod assemblies from shorter lengths of rods.
